These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.

Why you should read them:

Please read the t's + c's carefully before submitting your order. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how we may change or end the contract, and what to do if there is a problem.

Who we are:

We are Fiendish + Goode, a registered conpany in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 07390860. Our registered office is at 15 Staunton House, SE17 1TU.

How we may contact you:

If we have to contact you, we will do so via the email address you have provided us with, or via a telephone number.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

How we will accept your order:

On reciept of your order, we shall email you to accept it, at which place a contract between us at Fiendish + Goode, and yourself the customer will commence. 

If we cannot accept your order:

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you via email, and you will not be charged.

Your order number:

You will be assigned an order number once you have placed an order with us. Please quote this if you need to contact us regarding said order. 

UK DELIVERY ONLY

We currently only deliver our products within mainland UK.

ALLERGIES

Please do not order our products if you have a severe allergy. Our products contain nuts, and we do not operate from an allergen free kitchen. 

OUR PRODUCTS

Product packaging:

Our product packaging may vary as we are a new business, and it's very possible we will be tweaking things here and there as we go.

Use by date and storage:

Our cube shaped morsels have a use by date of 12 weeks from the day they were made, not from the date of purchase. They are best stored in their little boxes, at room temperature. 

DELIVERY INFO

Delivery service and cost:

We are currently using the Royal Mail second class service to deliver our products at a cost of £3.35 up to 2kg. Should you be ordering a larger amount, you will be informed of a greater delivery cost on receipt of your order, at which point you can choose whether or not to proceed with the order (please note, 1 box of our cube shaped morsels weighs approx 140g). 

If no-one is at home to recieve your order and it doesn't fit through your letter box, the Royal Mail will inform you on what will happen next. Don't worry! Although you have ordered a perishable item, a day or two in the delivery office, or at your neighbours will not impact the quality of your cubes :)

Delays in delivery outside of our control:

If the supply of our products is delayed by an event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible, and take steps to minimise the delay, if we can. We will not be liable for delays caused by such event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and recieve a refund for any products you have paid for but not recieved. 

If there is a problem with your order:

Please inspect your order once recieved and contact us immediatley if it is defected, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and put it right. 

If you are not satisfied:

We'd love to know if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges, but will take any complaints seriously and offer refunds where appropriate. Please direct such communication to [email protected] 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing:

The price of the product is clearly stated at the time of choice of purchase. Some orders may be subject to a greater delivery cost of which you will be informed of. Our prices may change to reflect the cost of goods and distribution, but (unless your order incurs a greater delivery fee) we will never change the price once an order has been made.

Payment:

Payment is made in the process of placing an order. We accept payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHINA UNIONPAY, DEBIT CARDS. Once payment is received, you own the product. 

YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

In line with consumer contracts regulations 2013, we allow you to change your mind within two hours of placing your order. After this point, cancelations are dealt with on a case by case basis. If the cancelation request is completed before fulfillment of your order, we will offer a refund. If your order has already been fulfilled, we may not be able to refund you the full price of the product.

OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are not fit to safely complete it, there is a delay in stock, or the order is not within our delivery radius. We will refund you the cost of the product in this unlikely situation.
